The Applied 人类发展 program at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & 人类发展 trains professionals to use research and knowledge from the field of human development to develop practical interventions, policies, and programs that promote well-being, growth, and positive outcomes for individuals.
Through the Applied 人类发展 program, students will explore topics such as lifespan development, sport theory and social systems, cross-cultural perspectives, and social policy, as well as the impact of oppression and marginalization on human development. They’ll graduate ready to work in youth-serving organizations, support athletes to reach their peak performance, or promote health and wellness among children and youth through physical activity.
There are several options for students interested in enrolling in Boston University’s Applied 人类发展 program. There are two degree options (master’s and doctoral studies) and a graduate certificate.
