A Tasty Way to Learn
Kee Lopes (CAS’26) was among the students preparing Napa cabbage salad in the StuVi 2 lobby February 11. The session was part of the weekly Sargent Choice Test Kitchen series, where Sargent dietitians introduce and demonstrate easy, apartment- and budget-friendly recipes designed by Sargent dietitians. Karen Jacobs (Sargent’79), a Sargent clinical professor of occupational therapy and a Faculty-in-Residence, led the session.
