This online workshop explored the Purchasing Document Lifecycle (PDL) and Boston University Spend (BUS) reports, the two primary Business Warehouse (BW) reports developed to provide a detailed look at purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and vendor payments. Online workshop – Labor Distribution Reporting (Intro)
This recording was produced during an online workshop focused on labor distribution (payroll) reporting. Two reports were used in the process of investigating activity at the organizational unit and department/center levels: Payroll Inquiry by Employee (PA15) and the Labor Distributions: Funds Center report. Employee compensation was examined in detail and explored to whom, when, how much and from which funding source payments were made.
Target Audience: payroll coordinators or managers who want to review Payroll reporting basics regarding the employees in their organizational units.
