Description of Impact

Email sent outside of BU was failing to deliver for BU clients.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident which was related to a bad DNS entry.

Description of Impact

IS&T is receiving reports of outbound email sent from BU addresses to non-BU addresses is failing to deliver.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

There is not a workaround for this issue.
