Description of Impact
There was a widespread outage impacting IS&T Services across campus. Highly impacted services included VPN, Wired/Wireless Networking, Software License Servers, and BUworks. During this time, email message delivery was also delayed.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident which pertained to DNS. If you continue to have issues, please contact the
IT Help Center.

Description of Impact
We have received reports of users encountering difficulties with VPN connections timing out.
Current Status
The scope of the incident has increased as there are now reports of wireless issues, authentication issues, and slow loading of WordPress websites.
