Description of Impact

Attempts to login to both the OnBase Web & Unity客户端进入BU页面后都失败。 Some login attempts work, others are getting errors. Clearing the cache on your browser may help temporarily but does not always fix the issue and it will reoccur. People are also receiving errors such as “your session expired” and getting kicked out of OnBase. They may also see errors “object not set to reference…”, “lock workstation”

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams and the vendor have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be our servers were recycled this morning around 6 am – this is a routine process that happens every morning, this morning Server C experienced an issue. Pool that were malfunctioning were the API and Application Server pools which in turn put the IDP pool into a non-functional state. The issue was that the pools could not connect to the database. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

Current Status

The issue is with the vendor’s cloud hosted solution servers and we are working with them to resolve this as soon as possible.

Additional Information

We recommend not attempting to work in OnBase at this time as we will likely need to do server resets to solve the problem. Another update will be posted as soon as we have more information or a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience. Next Update: upon resolution
