Description of Impact

We are currently facing a delay in synchronizing the Active Directory (AD) from our on-premises system to the Microsoft cloud Active Directory environment. This delay is affecting various functions, including password changes and the provisioning of O365 accounts.

Current Status

IS&T identified the cause of the incident and is currently making efforts to resolve the issue.

Additional Information

Client may see a delay in access to Microsoft products hosted in the cloud if they have changed passwords or are a new client. Once the individual’s record is synchronized they will be able to access.
