The Cisco Voicemail system was not sending emails with the recorded message. Service has been restored

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
It may take a few hours for the backlog of messages to be delivered to mailboxes.

Voicemail messages can be accessed through the phone using your pin or by going to http://myvoicemail.bu.edu/inbox and logging in with your BU credentials.
