Resolved: Delays in Mail delivery

Description of Impact

The issue is with all incoming mail through the mail routers. Mail going from O365 to O365 should not be affected. This initially was caused by CHG057925

Incident Description and Resolution

Backed out CHG057925 resolved the issue. Clients can expect delayed email delivery until the backlog of cached email is cleared. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
