Description of Impact

Internet Service was unavailable at 43 Hawes St (a mixed-use building of both Administrative offices and classrooms) in Brookline. Clients there were unable to access BU wired or wireless services.

Incident Description and Resolution

The vendor has resolved the issue by replacing a damaged fiber connection.
