The RedCap database system was in an unstable state.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T database administrators have resolved the incident by resyncing the primary and secondary databases.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be data center outage on Wednesday, 7/20/222, which caused some instability in the RedCap system. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
