Description of Impact

Multiple websites and services were down or intermittent today starting just before 3pm. This included a wide range of items such as: Virtual machines / BU common image Printing Phones / Soft phones / Voicemail / Nuance Websites / WordPress Zoom VPN Adobe Licensing Tool Networking / Connectivity SQL CAMMS

Incident Description and Resolution

Currently, all servers and services are back online.

Additional Information

IS&T teams resolved the incident by restarting a network/storage interconnection. After the system stabilized, the team needed to restart some virtual machines. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

Description of Impact

Multiple websites and services went down, such as BU works, the Service Desk phone system, PnC.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. Our teams has been busy restarting systems to recover from this incident. At this time, many services are back online. Next Update: 06:00pm
