Description of Impact
The website shsmobile.bu.edu was down, so students and Healthway employees were not able to check the student PnC records. The Covid lab was not able to transmit results to PnC.

Clients get “502 – Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.” when trying to access shsmobile.bu.edu.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
