Description of Impact
Duo service is now restored. Clients are now able to access BU services protected by Duo 2 Factor security without issue.

IS&T teams have confirmed regular service is now available.
Additional Information
It appears that Duo was impacted by a larger outage of AWS in Oregon/Northern California, which was resolved Amazon.

Description of Impact
Duo is currently experiencing an interruption in service where after authentication, a blank grey box is presented. This impacts many critical campus services such as BUworks, The Links, VPN, and more.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

There are no workarounds for this issue.
