Clients were intermittently encountering the message, “The server has experienced an internal error” while attempting to access The Links.

Description of Impact
The Links (Student Link / FacultyLink / FacultyStaff Link) are intermittently unavailable. Clients attempting to access Link resources are intermittently receiving the message, “The server has experienced an internal error.”
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

There are no known workarounds for this issue.
