Description of Impact
Various services used at BU were not allowing logins.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be an issue with InCommons’ dynamic distribution of digital certificates. Our Systems Administration team reverted to a static download file which solved the problem.

Description of Impact
Various services are experiencing login issues.
Current Status
Our Systems Administration team is looking into each problem. Please write to ithelp@bu.edu if you are experiencing any issues logging in to a particular service.
Additional Information
The cause of these login issues appears to be that other vendor certificate data was not published to the InCommon database.
