Description of Impact

The Links were unavailable as a result of a supporting database that had stopped unexpectedly. Clients were unable to access StudentLink, FacultyLink, and ShareLink among other resources.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. All Link resources are now available to clients.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
