Description of Impact
GALAXY and The Links were intermittently unavailable. Clients encountered error messages when attempting to connect or access the mainframe, or The Links (Student Link, Faculty Link, Faculty/Staff Link, Business Link).
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident, which was related to a database that assists both resources.

Description of Impact
Access to both GALAXY and The Links is currently degraded. Clients may encounter error messages when attempting to connect or access the mainframe, or The Links (Student Link, Faculty Link, Faculty/Staff Link, Business Link).
Current Status
Access to both GALAXY and The Links has stabilized over the past hour. Clients should now be able to access both resources normally. IS&T is continuing to monitor the situation based on availability issues throughout the day.
