Services Impacted: Student study room reservation system/BUMC databases
Description of Impact
Students were unable to reach the room reservation system at https://wwwapp.bumc.bu.edu/StudentRoomScheduling . At least two BUMC employees were unable to access their databases as well.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
