University Cisco Phone System was unable to receive external calls. Internal calls would work. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a scheduled change to the certificates on the servers. The vendor Aqueduct imported the correct certificates and installed them on the Cube. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

University Cisco Phone System is down.

Current Status

IS&T teams have identified the cause of the incident and are working on it now. A change request was put in on Ticket INC12928677 to remove certificates that were going to expire on May 30th. The vendor Aqueduct is working with IS&T staff on this issue now. Next Update: 04:00am
