Description of Impact
Blackboard Learn access was unavailable for some people. An error message was seen by some after going through Boston University’s login screen. Full service has been restored.

Additional Information
The cause of this incident is under investigation. Clients may need to clear their web browser cache prior to logging back into Blackboard Learn.
