Description of Impact
OnBase Unity client was unavailable. Connected clients experienced dropped sessions, and subsequently, were unable to re-connect.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor has resolved the incident by restarting OnBase servers.

Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with the vendor.
