Description of Impact
Clients were unable to establish new sessions to BUWorks as well Business Link and the Faculty Link. Existing sessions are not impacted. Full service has been restored

Description of Impact
Clients are currently unable to establish new sessions to BUWorks as well Business Link and the Faculty Link. Existing sessions are not impacted.
Current Status
The vendor has reported that they have restored service and will continue to monitor. Clients should be able to access affected BU services. We will continue to monitor the vendor’s (DUO) dashboard and resolve once they confirm that full service is restored.

IS&T teams are working with the vendor of the Duo application to resolve this incident.
Additional Information
This incident impacts those services utilizing two-factor authentication (Duo) on Web-based services utilizing Shibboleth. Other services such as VPN utilizing two-factor authentication are not impacted.
