Resolved: Echo 360: Delays in processing some videos

IS&T teams have resolved the issue affecting 360 recordings.

There is currently an issue affecting some Echo 360 recordings. Some of the recordings, at random, become corrupt during processing, which requires them to be processed again. This reprocessing is delaying their availability.

IS&T is currently working with the vendor to identify the source of the problem.
