The BUworks Central Portal service has been restored. We will continue to monitor for any further issues. Description of Impact
This previously resolved issue has resurfaced. Clients attempting to access BUworks Employee Self-Service (ESS) module may experience the following error: Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /. Reason: Error reading from remote server
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
