Bethany Montgomery is an experienced clinical social worker with a extensive experience in treating children, adolescents and families. She has worked over the past twenty years in inpatient, outpatient and school based settings providing individual therapy, parent guidance, family therapy, consultation, primary prevention and training. She has also worked as the Director of the Aspire Project at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education and was a trainer and coach at the Open Circle Program based at Wellesley Center’s for Women at Wellesley College. She has extensive experience in urban education, primary prevention, school based consultation and program and curriculum development in social and emotional learning (SEL). She was awarded a grant from the Neighbor to Neighbor Foundation at the Boston Globe for this work in the Boston Public Schools.

Currently she works in her private clinical practice in Lexington, Massachusetts and as a Faculty Advisor and Supervisor for both the OCP and Online Programs at the Boston University Graduate School of Social Work.
