The History Project: Documenting LGBTQ and BIPOC Activism in Massachusetts.

Join Joan Ilacqua (she/hers) and Micha Broadnax (she/they) from The History Project to explore the stories of Massachusetts’ Queer Activism. This event will explore the histories of groups that have fought for queer rights and created community, including the Black feminist Combahee River Collective, LESLA (Lesbianas Latinas), QAPA (Queer Asian Pacific-Islander Alliance), as well as current efforts to honor, empower, and document Queer and Trans People of Color in Massachusetts.

Join the Activist Lab and BUSPH Queer Alliance for the virtual presentation on Wednesday, March 30 from 5:00 – 5:50 PM. After registration, a Zoom link will be sent to you. The Activist Lab will also be livestreaming in the Instructional Building (INS), room 206.
