Doctoral and Postdoc Virtual Open House
Boston University’s Professional Development and 博士后事务 (PDPA) office is hosting virtual open houses to showcase PhD programs and postdoctoral training opportunities across disciplines.
The open house session for those interested in our PhD programs will be held on March 28th and 29th, 2024 and the session for those interested in postdoc positions will be held on March 27th and 28th, 2024.
Through these virtual events, undergraduate and masters level students interested in joining BU for a PhD can learn about in-person visitation programs, the grad school application process, and institutional fellowship and funding opportunities. The postdoc component of the open house will allow those in PhD, MD, JD and dual degree programs that include a doctorate degree to learn about the various research opportunities at BU, the postdoc experience, as well as our current training grants and professional development opportunities. We strongly encourage applications from underrepresented and marginalized groups. There is no limitation of citizenship to register and attend the open house but some opportunities (e.g. NSF Graduate Research Fellowships or T32 funded postdoc positions) may be limited.
