March 学习 Hero: Jonathan Sturgis 

My learning hero is Jonathan Sturgis. He has been a mentor to me since we started working together some 10 yrs ago. The most valuable lesson I received from him was to control being visibly stressed during high stress situations. He taught me how as a leader this could affect my team and how they react in these situations, perceptions of me and how I handled situations, and in turn my career trajectory. Once I knew to focus on my reactions to these types of situations my career moved forward, and my team has blossomed. Seems simple but was truly life changing!
