安德鲁·巴塞维奇（Andrew J. Bacevich）是波士顿大学历史与国际关系教授。A graduate of the U. S. Military Academy, he received his Ph.D. in American diplomatic history from Princeton. He is the author of Breach of Trust: How Americans Failed Their Soldiers and Their Country (2013); 《华盛顿规则：美国通往永久战争之路》（2010）、《权力的极限：美国例外论的终结》（2008）、《新美国军国主义：美国人是如何被战争诱惑的》（2005）等书。
