Ben Hoerner

Biography

Ben Hoerner focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, general litigation issues, as well as other healthcare-related matters. Ben currently works as an attorney at Boston Children’s Hospital. Prior to joining Boston Children’s Hospital, Ben was a labor and employment associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he counseled healthcare entities, secondary schools and various businesses in all areas of employment law, including employment liability claims. Prior to working at Ropes & Gray LLP, Ben was employed as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Cyber Crime Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. Ben received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania and his BA from Cornell University. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ben worked as a Teach for America corps member in the greater New Orleans region. In his spare time, Ben enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his family.
