Lauren Rains recently graduated in May 2022 from Trinity University with a BA in History and a BA in German Studies. She currently studies 20th-century German history under Jonathan Zatlin and is particularly interested in German colonialization in Africa, African migrants in Germany, the Weimar Republic, ideological history, and European foreign policy and economics.
