Germayne Eaton entered the PhD program in 2023. She previously attended The University of Houston, where she received a B.A. in Political Science and History in 2020, as well as an M.A. in Political Science in 2022. She studies 20th century Political History with Professor Bruce Schulman, focusing on the rise in conservatism from the New Deal to the Reagan administration.
