Ms. Munkh-Uyanga (Uyanga) Erdenebileg has over 10 years of professional experience in the financial services and mining industries holding various positions in international tax, transfer pricing and government tax audits. Currently she works as a Senior Advisor – OECD Digital Project at Rio Tinto. As a Project team member, her core responsibilities are managing and evaluating the group-wide impact of the new Global Anti-Base Erosion Model rules proposed by the OECD and delivering tax calculation automation solutions on the core financial systems while utilizing the Agile project management methodology.
During her fruitful Humphrey fellowship year, she aims to enhance her leadership and management skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, public-private partnerships, negotiation and conflict resolution. She intends to have the Professional Affiliation with an international development organization with a particular focus on capacity building in developing countries.
Ms. Erdenebileg has a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle, MBA from University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia and Master of Laws in International Tax from King’s College London in London. She is a Certified Tax Consultant in Mongolia and has obtained an Advanced Diploma in International Tax (ADIT) designation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation of the United Kingdom.
