Acts of 1907, Ch. 484

AN ACT relative to the Trustees of Boston University. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled and by the Authority of the same as follows:

Section 1

Section one of Chapter three hundred and twenty-two of the Acts of the year eighteen hundred and sixty-nine is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence, namely, “The number of members shall never be less than ten, nor greater than thirty, and their qualifications and term of service shall be fixed at the first meeting of the corporation,” and by inserting in place thereof the following:-“The number of members shall never be less than ten, nor greater than fifty, and their qualifications and term of service may be fixed by the corporation”-so as to read as follows:

This act shall take effect upon its passage.
