Daniel Titelman

Daniel Titelman serves as the Director of the Economic Development Division at the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).

Titelman studied economics at the University of Los Andes in Colombia and received his PhD at the University of California San Diego. His specialization fields were econometrics and macroeconomics. He also has a Masters degree in Political Science from the Latin American Faculty of Social Science. 

Titelman is a member of the Task Force on Climate, Development and the International Monetary Fund, a consortium of experts working to advance development-centered climate policy at the IMF.
