Amar Bhattacharya is a Senior Fellow at the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution. His focus areas are the global economy, development finance, global governance and the links between climate and development.
Bhattacharya is also a member of the Task Force on Climate, Development and the International Monetary Fund, a consortium of experts working to advance development-centered climate policy at the IMF with rigorous, empirical research.
