Active Hamstring Stretching with Liz

Happy New Year, Terriers! We’re hitting the ground *moving* in 2021 – we’re back with our How to Keep Moving series!
Take some time to stretch it out today as Liz Roncka, Assistant Coordinator of Dance, leads you through a series of active hamstring stretches. It may be helpful to grab a yoga mat and strap. Alternatively, just find a comfortable place on the floor and a towel. Enjoy!
