Welcoming Incoming First-Year Students
If you are an incoming first-year student in the Boston area this summer, you are welcome to ask for a training before the semester begins. We will try to set up a date and time for you to come in. Contact silab@bu.edu.
SILab is very eager to welcome incoming first-year students each fall. Several SILab Advisors work Labor Day to greet students when they come by for college tours after the Dean’s Welcome and BBQ.
We also have special training times for first-year students in September. We hope that as first-years settle in for the academic year, they will visit the website and come in and use the lab.
And we are at the College of Engineering Block Party ready to answer questions and have fun!
