Sophomores

Sophomore year presents many exciting opportunities, which you can explore with the help of an upper-class mentor through EK 200, our sophomore mentor program. You can study abroad in Europe or Australia, or add another dimension to your studies with a concentration, minor, or special program. During your sophomore year you’ll also start planning for your Hub electives, and major-specific courses. Interested in gaining practical experience? Work with the Career Development Office and ENG faculty to learn more about research opportunities and internships. If you’ve got questions you can reach out to your sophomore mentor to discuss these opportunities, get feedback on your abroad application, or simply to partake in social events with your peers. The Academic Counselor for the sophomore year is Quinton Callahan. To schedule an appointment with Quinton, visit Handshake.
