Verification

The Registrar’s Office provides verification of enrollment and completion or graduation.  Students may also submit forms (loan deferment, licensing, etc.) that need to be filled out by the Registrar’s Office.  Graduating students: Please note that verification of completion requests can only be processed after your completion signout and program end dates.  Verification of graduation requests can only be processed on or after your official graduation date.

Requests are normally processed within three business days.

How to Request a Verification

Current Students

Current students must request verifications of enrollment online via the SDM Portal. Please use the following links.
On Campus: log-on to the portal (Kerberos login/password required).
Off Campus: log-on to VPN before going to the portal (Kerberos login/password required for both links).

Former Students & Alumni

Fill out and submit a completed Verification Request Form.  Attach any forms that need to be filled out by the Registrar’s Office.

Appointments are required for pick-up.

For All Others

Verifications usually require information that the University has designated as directory information; therefore, a consent to disclosure is not required. If the verification requires information not considered directory information, or if the student/alumni has requested data restriction, a written request, along with signed consent to disclosure, is required before the verification can be processed.
