Before you start the form:

Please submit one request per graduate.
You will need to have your Graduate’s BUID, phone, & email to complete the form.
You will need to know which ceremonies you are attending that weekend and the total number of guests in your party.
This form covers All-University Commencement and the school & college convocations. For other events during Commencement week, please contact the event or school/college coordinator.
Requests can be made April 1 through May 9, 5 pm ET.
A copy of your submission will be sent to the email you provide after your form has been submitted.

For Parking at All-University Commencement

Designated handicapped parking near Nickerson Field for All-University Commencement will be available via Babcock Street for those who require wheelchairs and wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms. BU Transportation Services will email parking instructions to those who request below.
