The Continuous Improvement & Data Analytics team's (CIDA) vision is to create and sustain a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement at Boston University. Through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and collaborative problem-solving, we strive to enhance operational efficiency, streamline procedures, and foster an environment of ongoing progress. Our mission is to empower stakeholders with actionable insights, facilitating informed decision-making and enabling the University to adapt proactively to evolving needs and challenges.

Our team executes internal consulting projects with a focus on implementing and improving business processes, creating efficiencies, and helping leadership execute strategic goals. We aim to deliver valuable insight to stakeholders using financial and operational data through visualizations and dashboards, automation, machine learning, and more. Our team works collaboratively with sponsors and invested stakeholders using recognized frameworks to execute, lead, and advise on projects and initiatives across the University.
