At Boston University, Aaron directs the Marching Band, Pep Band, Jazz Ensemble (Big Band), and All-University Commencement Brass Choir. He teaches a Special Topics course in the Music Education Department and advises the campus chapters of the nationally recognized co-ed collegiate band service fraternity and sorority, Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. As Director of Athletic Bands, he also oversees the Winter Guard, Winter Drumline, and summer Scarlet Band, and serves as winds arranger for the program. 亚伦代表波士顿大学乐队作为学生部院长的单位主任。

He has adjudicated music for USBands, the New England Scholastic Bands Association (NESBA), and Great East Festivals, and is a frequent music clinician in public schools.

Aaron earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Master’s Degree in Music Performance (Euphonium) from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. 他是大学乐队总监全国协会（CBDNA）， Pi Kappa Lambda的成员，Kappa Kappa Psi和Tau Beta Sigma的荣誉成员，并于2019年当选为十字鼓手军团名人堂成员。
