Happy Earth Week! Make sure to come to BU Sustainability’s Earth Day 365 events. Also, tune into an urban policy panel, enter a free giveaway hosted by COM Student Government, and watch a multitude of dance or a cappella performances.
COMapalooza 2023
All are welcome at the annual COMapalooza, hosted by COM Student Government, for free pizza, lawn games, and info about various COM clubs.

Urban Inequalities Workshop: Maria Sulimma
The BU Initiative on Cities’ workshop series, led by Japonica Brown-Saracino, professor of sociology at the College of Arts & Sciences and IOC Faculty Fellow, explores issues of urban inequality and policy with outside scholars. This event features guest speaker Maria Sulimma from the University of Freiburg.

Dance Theatre Group: Visions 2023
Visions is an annual, end-of-season tradition for the Dance Theatre Group. Ranging widely in theme and style, these pieces are put together by DTG students, with one number choreographed by faculty members.

Lax-A-Palooza
Cheer for our Terriers during double-header lacrosse games against Lehigh (men’s) and Bucknell (women’s). Hosted by BU Athletics and BU Sustainability, this event also features local food trucks and a beer garden. Students get admission through the BU Sports Pass.

Couch
Mustard Seed, Boston University’s premier Christian a cappella group, will host their spring concert, Couch, featuring special guest BassLine, a BU a cappella group for people of color. Come in pajamas for a warm night of song and testimony.

BUA Earth Day Panel
BU Academy hosts an Earth Day panel featuring professors, environmental lawyers, and local politicians. Admission is cash-only at the door and all proceeds will go to the Massachusetts Sierra Club.
