There are 2 comments on New Council Will Give BU Staff More Voice in Policy, Decisions

  1. I just hope that there are regular level staff people like administrators and assistants and not just leads, managers, and directors on SAC. You can’t have a committee for staff and not include actual feet on the ground level staff members. All levels need to contribute to the conversation.

    1. It’s a valid point, which we asked about in reporting this story: This line addresses the issue: “The council will be made up of 30 members, elected to three-year terms. All of them will be staff level or first-line supervisors—no high-level positions, vice presidents, or senior leaders will serve.”
