Graduate housing is available to full-time Boston University graduate students (students enrolled in certificate programs are not eligible.) Choose from apartments and brownstone units in 40 residences across the Charles River Campus (CRC).

The Grad Application does have a $500 non-refundable fee (which goes towards the first month’s rent) and the student must pay with a credit card or US Bank Account. The most affordable option are the Fenway Residence apartments for a monthly rate of $775 for a single room with shared bathroom. The most expensive is $3315 for a 3-bedroom apartment on the South Campus. They do have Brownstone-style residences ranging from $1000-2120.
