Xiaotian Geng is a senior corporate attorney from AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai, mainland China. Before that, he was with Jingtian & Gongcheng LLP, a Red Circle law firm in China. Geng specializes in mergers & acquisitions, cross-border investment, and IPO. In past years, he represented many giant companies in IPOs and M&As. Geng earned his law degree from BU School of Law and now is the president of BU Alumni Networks in Shanghai.
