Undergraduate Prerequisites: First Year Writing Seminar (e.g., WR 100 or WR 120) - Are you looking to take on a real-world challenge, build your collaboration, leadership, and written communication skills? A1 威廉姆斯 cd B64 F上午11:15 -下午2:00 Project: Justice Media Co-Lab This Cross-College Challenge (XCC) and BU Spark! course is a newsroom and a laboratory. If you have a background in computer and data science, statistics, computer engineering, or journalism-related disciplines, you will have an opportunity to work on interdisciplinary, student teams to co-produce a data-driven news investigation for one of our established media partners (like the Boston Globe, CBS Boston, GBH, USA Today, and more). You will work on computational investigations focused on issues of justice and accountability and be guided by veteran faculty practitioners in journalism and computer and data science. Cross-College Challenge courses offer a unique project-based learning experience in which interdisciplinary student teams tackle real-world problems in collaboration with community partners. Student teams will research, create, playtest, and pitch their own micro-games based on controversies broadly related to topics such as social justice, science and technology, law, and/or focused in the Northeast. 跨学院挑战课程提供独特的基于项目的学习体验，跨学科的学生团队与社区合作伙伴合作解决现实世界的问题。Note: This class has a Prerequisite: WR 120 or equivalent.
