College of Engineering Graduate Policy

Continuing students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or better are eligible for a waiver of tuition charges beyond 18 units but for no more than an additional 2 units. Students must submit a Graduate Petition Form for a waiver, specifying the coursework involved, along with written approval from the department/advisor, to the Engineering Graduate Programs office. If the waiver is not approved, the student is responsible for all additional tuition charges.
